Architectural Review Forms

For any changes that require an alteration to the outside appearance of your home, an application to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) must be submitted. Any repairs to the inside of a home do not require ARC approval but they do require notification. 

 

The Foxland Hall Homeowners Association has implemented the FOXLAND HALL ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW FEE ESCROW SCHEDULE—passed by both the Architectural Review Committee and the Board of Directors - click here to view the ARC Fee Escrow Schedule. This Fee Schedule is similar to those in place by other homeowner associations to ensure that
homeowners follow the construction/renovation/update plans submitted to and approved by the association. A refundable Construction Deposit is collected at the time of application to ensure that the project is completed according to approved plans, timely and without damage to neighboring property, common areas, or streets.
