Basketball & Tennis Court Registration

 
For security, homeowner members of the Foxland Hall Homeowners Association (FHHA) must periodically register for use of basketball / tennis courts.  This may be done by using the form here.  Simply print, complete, scan, and:
  • e-mail the form to FoxlandHall@aol.com or “cut and paste” the information into an e-mail
  • fax to 615.373.0540
  • or mail to The Foxland Hall Homeowners Association, Inc, P.O. Box 576, Brentwood, Tennessee 37024-0576.  
Once the registration form is received, the current gate code will be sent to you via e-mail.  The code is changed periodically so those who have previously registered will receive a new code via e-mail. Even if you are a “sometimes user,” register now since email and telephone are not manned 24/7.  
 
The courts are for the use of Foxland Hall residents ONLY.  Guests are sometimes permitted—but limited—and only when the “sponsoring” Foxland Hall homeowner member is present at all times. Organized team use must be approved in advance by the FHHA board. DO NOT—UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES—GIVE OUT THE CODE TO ANYONE OTHER THAN MEMBERS OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD. The Foxland Hall Park is private.  Use by non-residents may deny homeowners the ability to use that for which they have paid.  Thank you.
